6.3 Preparation of Test Samples
6.3.1 Substrate and Substrate Treatment
6.3.1.1 For the inspection of floor coating primer, except for the adhesion item using steel plates, all other items use tinplate plates. The requirements and processing methods for tinplate and steel plate shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 9271-1988.
6.3.1.2 Thin floor coating topcoat inspection test plates are made of steel plates, except for drying time, impact resistance, flexibility, and gasoline resistance, which are made of tinplate, and wear resistance, which are made of aluminum or glass plate. The requirements and processing methods for tinplate, steel plate, aluminum plate or glass plate shall comply with the provisions of GB/T9278.
6.3.1.3 For the inspection of thick floor coatings and topcoats, except for the use of aluminum plates for wear resistance, asbestos cement flat plates that meet the technical requirements of Class 1 plates (pressure plates, thickness of 4mm~6mm) in Table 2 of JC/T411991 (1996) are used. The size of the asbestos cement flat plate for impact resistance is 430 * 150 * 4, and the size of the asbestos cement flat plate for other projects is 150 * 70 * 4.
6.3.2 Style Preparation
Mix evenly according to the specified group allocation ratio of the product and place it for the specified curing time before making the plate.
6.3.3.1 If there are no special regulations for the plate making of floor coating primer, the air spraying method or brush coating method shall be used for plate making, with a dry film thickness of (23+-3). Unless otherwise specified, the above items shall be tested after being placed for 48 hours after plate making.
6.3.3.2 When making thin floor coating topcoat plates, if there are no special regulations, air spraying or brushing methods should be used. The drying time, pencil, hardness, impact resistance, flexibility, adhesion, and dry film thickness are (23 ± 3). Unless otherwise specified, the above items shall be tested after being placed for 48 hours after plate making.
6.3.3.3 Thick floor coatings and topcoats can be applied in different ways according to product requirements
