6.4.15 Hardness (Class C)
According to the provisions of GB/T2411-1980.
6.4.16 Bonding Strength (Class C)
According to Chapter 6 of GB/T16777-1997, the stretching speed is 10mm/min
6.4.17 Compressive Strength (Class C)
Inject the sample into a test film with a specification of 20mm × 20mm × 20mm, gently shake it, and wait for it to dry and solidify before supporting the film. Unless otherwise specified, the test piece shall be placed for 7 days before testing.
Select one side of the specimen as the compression surface, measure its side length with a caliper to the nearest 0.1mm. Place the compression surface of the selected event upward on the compression seat of the pressure testing machine (instrument accuracy ≤ 2%), and the centerline of the specimen should coincide with the centerline of the press. Load uniformly at a speed of 30mm/min until the yield value is reached. The maximum load recorded.
The compressive strength of the specimen is calculated according to the following formula; R=P÷A…………………(10)
In the formula;
R - compressive strength, in megapascals (Mpa)
P - Maximum load, in newtons (N)
A - Compressed area, measured in square meters (㎡).
The compressive strength results are expressed as the average of the 5 test values after deducting the values with larger dispersion.
If one of the five measured values exceeds ± 10% of the average of the five values, the result should be divided, and the average of the remaining four measured values is the result. If there are more than 4 average values within ± 10% of the 4 measured values, the results of this group will be invalidated
