Product Description

Ordinary floor coatings can hardly meet the strict GMP requirements for high-cleanliness areas. To solve this problem, Jinfeng R&D Center has developed an epoxy self-leveling topcoat. It is formulated with 100% solid content special epoxy resin as the base material. Featuring environmental friendliness, high gloss, one-time thick film formation, and tough wear-resistant paint film, it is an ideal flooring system for venues with high cleanliness requirements, such as workshops in electronic enterprises and pharmaceutical factories.

Scope of Application

It is suitable for the electronics and microelectronics industries that require high cleanliness, beauty, dust-free and sterile environments; pharmaceutical and blood product industries implementing GMP standards; and other industries demanding wear resistance, heavy pressure resistance, impact resistance and chemical corrosion resistance. It is also applicable to floors in schools, offices, residential homes and other places.

Coating Environmental Conditions

For Jinfeng floor paint construction: Amine-cured epoxy coatings basically stop curing reaction below 5℃, so the construction ambient temperature should not be lower than 5℃. At low temperatures, the coating has high viscosity and is difficult to construct.

At high temperatures, the two components of the coating react rapidly with a short pot life, leaving insufficient time for self-leveling, which requires special attention during construction.
