Jinfeng Epoxy Flooring Sealing Primer

Main Composition: Two-component air-drying coating. Component A: resin solution composed of epoxy resin, additives and solvent; Component B: special epoxy curing agent.

Main Features: Hard paint film; excellent drying performance; high adhesion; good wear resistance.

Main Application: Widely used as a sealing primer on cement floors and cement walls.

• Paint film appearance: Smooth and flat, colorless or light yellow

• Drying time (standard single coat, 25°C):

• Surface dry: ≤6 hours

• Hard dry: ≤24 hours

• Pencil hardness: ≥H

• Adhesion (circle method): ≤1 grade

• Impact resistance: 50 kg·cm

• Bending test: ≤1 mm

• Water resistance (30 days): No blistering

• Alkali resistance (10% NaOH solution, 240 h): No wrinkling, no blistering, no peeling

  
  

Packaging & Mixing

• Packing specification: Base: 18 kg/can; Curing agent: 2.3 kg/can

• Mixing ratio: Base : H-1 curing agent = 4:1 (by weight)

• Pot life: 8 hours (25°C)

• Theoretical consumption: 150–250 g/m²

• Full curing: 7 days

• Recommended coats: 2 coats, 50±5 μm per coat (as sealing primer)

Compatible with EH05-10 multi-color epoxy wear-resistant floor topcoat for interior and exterior use.

Surface Treatment

The substrate must be clean, free from oil, dust and other contaminants.

Application Methods

Airless Spraying

• Thinner: X-17 special thinner

• Dilution rate: 0–15% (by weight of base)

• Nozzle diameter: approx. 0.4–0.5 mm

• Spray pressure: 15–20 MPa

  
  

Air Spraying

• Thinner: X-17 special thinner

• Dilution rate: 20–40% (by weight of base)

• Nozzle diameter: approx. 2.0–2.5 mm

• Spray pressure: 0.3–0.5 MPa

  
  

Rolling / Brushing

• Thinner: X-17 special thinner

• Dilution rate: 0–20% (by weight of base)

Shelf Life

• Base: 12 months

• Curing agent: 6 months

  
  

Precautions

1. Read the instruction manual before application.

2. Mix the base and curing agent in the required ratio before use. Prepare only the amount needed, stir well and use up within 8 hours.

3. Keep the construction area dry and clean. Seal the curing agent container tightly after mixing to prevent gelation.

4. Relative humidity must not exceed 85% during application and drying. The floor can be put into service 7 days after coating.

5. Level the cement floor with white cement putty and polish smoothly before application. Apply epoxy sealing primer 7 days later.
