Anti-corrosion flooring is applied in relatively limited scenarios, mostly in laboratories and special factory workshops. Its typical application sites include electroplating plants, battery factories, chemical plants, electrolytic tank areas, pharmaceutical factories, and other places exposed to corrosive substances. It is widely favored for its excellent impermeability and corrosion resistance. In addition, epoxy anti-corrosion flooring features high compactness, strong compression resistance, good impact resistance and high surface density.

Resin, curing agent, adhesion promoter, anti-corrosion color paste, glass fiber cloth.
Construction Technology
Base Surface Treatment
First, grind the floor surface flat with a floor grinder. Dry any damp areas thoroughly, then vacuum up all dust to keep the base clean.
Surface Repair
Repair uneven parts of the ground to make the whole surface smooth and level.
Primer Coating
After base treatment, apply primer to allow resin to penetrate into the substrate, sealing capillary pores and reinforcing the base.
The ambient temperature shall be above 15°C, and the primer needs curing for no less than 4 hours.
Intermediate Coating
After the primer cures, lay a layer of glass fiber cloth on the surface, then coat with resin to ensure full penetration and compactness.
Repeat this process until the required thickness and performance are achieved; the number of layers varies according to site conditions.
The ambient temperature shall be above 15°C, with a curing time of no less than 6 hours for each layer.
Skim Coating
After the glass fiber layer cures, grind uneven areas and remove dust completely. Apply an even layer of resin and allow it to cure naturally.
Topcoat Application
Once the skim coating is fully cured, roll the prepared vinyl ester resin evenly over the surface and finish with anti-corrosion color paste. Keep the construction area absolutely clean and free of any contamination during drying. Check the curing condition regularly and guard against unexpected defects.
Normally, the floor allows pedestrian traffic after 48 hours, and light vehicle access after 72 hours.
