Base Surface Preparation Before Epoxy Floor Coating Construction

1. Grind down and level all ground protrusions with a floor grinder or angle grinder.

2. Pre-cut floor cracks in advance, then fill and level them with resin materials.

3. Take proper protective measures at the junctions of drains, fixed facilities and the construction area.

4. Keep the ground moisture content below 6% before construction.

5. Plan the operation route for construction equipment such as sand blasting machines in advance.

6. Carry out construction in strict accordance with construction standards, and provide proper protection for completed areas.

Construction of High-Penetration Reinforcing Resin

1. Calculate the approximate consumption of coatings before construction and complete material procurement.

2. Select high-penetration polyurethane material and stir it thoroughly evenly.

3. Apply the well-stirred coating evenly over the construction area.

4. Use a brush for edge coating at doorways, wall corners and other narrow areas.

5. Construct with the mixed coating within the valid pot life; do not use it if the standing time is too long.

6. Timely remove impurities appearing during epoxy flooring construction, and pay attention to the maintenance of the finished floor surface.
